Operation School Bell has reached more than 50,000 students in Montgomery County since the program's inception in 1988. Dr. Don Stockton, Superintendent of Conroe Independent School District, along with JCPenney employees were on hand to celebrate this event.
Assistance League is a national nonprofit organization that puts caring and commitment into action through community-based philanthropic programs. Assistance League of Montgomery County was organized in 1985 and chartered in 1995 as the 92nd chapter of Assistance League.
We are staffed entirely by volunteers who donated more than 51,000 hours and touched the lives of thousands of children, women and men in our community this past year.
